Duke
Anderson's Saddling Up Anyway CCA
Duke is our gorgeous field line golden that we are so proud of! True to his lines, Duke has a high retrieve drive and lots of energy that makes him a joy to train and work with! His puppies take on this intelligence and drive, making them great hunting prospects.Duke has a rich red coat and produces darker puppies ranging from traditional gold to dark red. Duke weighs about 70 pounds and has received his Certificate of Conformation Assessment from the Golden Retriever Club of America. Duke is also fully health tested, receiving an "excellent" rating on his hips from the Orthopedic Foundation of Animals.
Nelson
Int.Ch. Ain't Kidens I Willie Love You at Sassafras DS CGC TKN FDC
Nelson is our show line AKC male and is a traditional gold color with a luxurious coat and blocky head. Nelson is easy to train and as such has earned a variety of titles in obedience as well as dock diving. Nelson has also earned his International Championship! At 80 pounds, this big boy loves everyone he meets and will soon begin his work as a therapy dog bringing others as much joy as he brings us! Nelson's pedigree includes many show and sport champions and we expect his puppies to continue this legacy. Nelson is fully health tested with OFA Excellent hips.
Shakira
Int.CH Ain'T Kidens Sb 2020 Half Time Show
Shakira is our standard gold AKC female that we are very proud of! Shakira has earned her International Championship in comformation and is now working on sport & obedience titles. She is a natural athlete and loves dock diving. Shakira's success is no surprise as she comes from a long line of champions! The best thing about Shakira, however, is her sweet nature and calm demeanor. She is an absolute joy to live with and definitely a favorite among our crew! Shakira is fully health tested!
Sunday
Ain't Kidens SB Sunday 2020 at Sassafras
Sunday is Shakira & Nelson's sister and she is the sassiest of the 3! This girl is always "talking" to us and having the time of her life! She is also happy to settle and have lazy days. Sunday’s pedigree also includes many champions and athletes! Her show lines resulted in a heavier (fluffier) coat and a large, blocky bone structure. Sunday is fully health tested!
"Angel"
Sassafras Like Mother Like Daughter DN
Angel's parents are both Sassafras dogs. Her mother, Pearl, and grandmother were both English cream goldens making Angel the lightest golden that we have. She is a petite girl at 55 pounds. Angel got all of her retrieve drive from her father's field side! This beautiful girl will do just about anything to be able to chase a ball or bumper making her incredibly easy to train! Angel embodies the goal of our breeding program - a golden that has the ability to excel in both conformation and the hunting field. She currently has her Dock Novice title in dock diving.
"Cider"
Sassafras Sugar, Spice, & Everything Nice
Cider is our darkest girl. She is the sweetest dog we have and is very calm and laid back. Cider has a moderate retrieve drive, loves water, and is eager to please! Regardless of the distractions around her, Cider can always be found sitting at our feet looking up at us with love, patiently waiting to hear what we want her to do next.

Sassafras Chicken Soup for the Soul
Campbell is our largest male with an impressive pedigree full of AKC champions and established health testing. He is so sweet, easy to train, and has the quintessential goofy golden personality! Campbell has a lower retrieve drive and is happiest socializing and relaxing. We are so excited about this boy's future!
"Dolly"
Sassafras Good Golly Miss Dolly
Dolly is an Angel x Nelson puppy from their first litter that is raised in a guardian home. Dolly is very sweet, obedient, and calm. She also has a goofy side that brings everyone around her lots of laughs! Dolly weighs about 70 pounds with a light coat with rich golden undertones. Dolly loves water and has an average fetch drive.
